Anxious about anxiety and anxiolytics...

I am on my way to an appointment tomorrow because I would like to do something about anxiety or stress response or whatever you'd like to call it. I am familiar with a lot of different anti-anxiety meds from my schoolwork, as well as things used off label. But my knowledge is more from the 'how the drugs work in the brain' side, vs. the clinical indications. [more inside]

is this abuse by my b-i-l

is it abusive of my brother-in-law to not bring home a paycheck, but yet my sister who has MS holds down 1 full time and 2 part time jobs? She takes care of the household stuff also. He's been fairly worthless for years but I haven't said anything. I figured it was my sister's business. I figured I would only get into a relatives business if there was abuse. Is this abuse?

Reno or No Reno

Home buying 101: First time homebuyers looking for a primary residence. We found a home we are interested in. It is a ROE/Foreclosure. The home itself is already approved for a Homepath Renovation loan. On the flyer for the home it says you must be pre-approved before calling on the home. We live in the neighborhood so have already played lookie-loo through the windows. It needs a lot of work: New appliances, new HVAC, new windows (paint-but we can do that ourselves)- those were obvious from the outside. We really want to see the inside before we go any further. The house is listed at 95,000. We would offer 85K but roll in an additional 30k for renovations. However, we don't know what we don't know. [more inside]

Why isn't chipboard recycled in Albuquerque?

Just moved to Albuquerque and was surprised that chipboard isn't recycled here.. This means cereal boxes and the like aren't recycled here and head to the landfill. Two-part question: 1. Why isn't chipboard recycled here like it is everywhere else I've lived? 2. Is there a way to recycle it here that I've missed? I've googled extensively but hope I've missed something.

This Genie is Not Coming Out

I have a problem. When I decide I don't like someone, it's very hard for me to act as if everything is okie dokie especially if I have to work with them. I am usually bubbly and talkative but when I'm around an individual or a couple of people who rub me the wrong way, it's hard to hide my dissatisfaction with them so my mood becomes mellow and almost somber for the event or gig. How do I change that to become an enagaging, genuine person even when I have judged them to be what I feel they are to me? I'm kinda introverted too.
