I am encountering unexpected difficulties cleaning a kit of PDP drums. I've owned several sets of drums from different manufacturers over the years, but this one is hands-down the biggest pain in the tail to clean.

I'm a part-time web designer. I've got some experience with video, but not a lot. I have a writer client who has a video trailer for one of his books. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get this thing to play nicely with browsers other than IE? Or should I just say the hell with it and put it on YouTube with links?

My inamorata works for a company that is, surprise surprise, experiencing economic difficulties. One area where they are hurting is web hosting. Their site is costing them about $600 a month, which is waaay out of line for their site: html with some Flash, nothing special, not even any video. It changes rarely. What I want to do is to take over maintaining this site and save them a bunch of money.
