Naturally, 4 hours of downtime is shocking to me, so I call them and say "Hey! What's up with THAT?" [more inside]

My internet (AT&T DSL) got weird a few hours ago this morning, and is still struggling. I went through a long list of stuff with a tech, who is sending out a new modem.
Here's what's happening. Certain sites are loading fine, while others just time out to the "The connection has timed out" message. [more inside]

I'm starting a blog, and I have this hunch that perhaps a service or program exists out there that allows you to: 1) Write, format, and save blog posts, as well as mark them as "ready" to publish, and 2) Automate publishing those ready posts chronologically onto your blog at a fixed rate or alternatively by selecting a publishing date and time for every post marked as ready. The theory being, I could write as many posts as I want on a given day, but schedule and automate their publishing. Does this sort of thing exist? [more inside]

I'm interested in what people have done to find and then delete their personal information (address, especially) from online directories. I've deleted my info from WhitePages and Spokeo, but I'm wondering what other sites I should look at or if there's a master directory of some sort out there. Googling doesn't turn up much, but I know my information could still be out there.

I'm trying to steer myself toward some daily routines beyond just human maintenance and sustenance. I don't have any ultimate goals to achieve, it's more about daily practice and keeping myself focused on "keepin' on keepin' on" in a few areas that are important to me but that I tend to neglect.
I can't find quite what I'm looking for with Google. I can best describe what I want by describing how I would do it on paper:
(1)Create a question form with a list of questions and some space to respond essay-style to each question.
(For myself the questions would be something like "How was your meditation today?" "What new thing did you create today?" "What artist did you read about today?")
(2)Photocopy this form 100 times or so.
(3)Fill out one form each day.
Is there a free site where I can do this online, or should I just create it on paper with some photocopies in a three-ring binder?

Recently I haven't been able to read anything on the web without seeing, in the "From the web" or "Related content" sections at the bottom of the page, two disgusting images that trigger my Trypophobia
. I'm not going to link to the articles / images to avoid driving any more traffic to them, but one is an article on the infamous Surinam toad, the other is the one with the image of the person's knees covered in indentations from allegedly having knelt in frozen peas. Both links usually appears with some variation of the heading "You'll never believe what this!"
These images are viscerally disgusting and disturbing to me, and I believe they are of course intended to be in order to drive clicks, and I want to stop seeing them (I see them on average about 3-4 times a day for the last couple of weeks.) I already use AdBlock for Google Chrome, but this doesn't block "sponsored content". Is there anything else I can do?

This happens both over wired and wireless networks - In both cases the connection will appear to still be connected, but loading a webpage will just hang on "sending request" and a traceroute to google.com which works fine beforehand, just fails (nothing in terminal after the command). In order for any web site to charge one for services or goods, in this case services, what are they legally required to record and produce? I'm having a little trouble wording my exact question so maybe this will help.
The web site in question provides phone service for inmates in correctional facilities and in order for one to receive calls from a loved one in the correctional facility you have to set up an account and attach a phone number to it while loading money for the overpriced service... $5 for 15mins. The company charged me a fee of $5 every time I was to load money on the account which did not show the rate for a call per min and also charged me numerous unknown fees. I could not tell why or how much I was charged which was made worse by their not being a way to track credits and charges to the account. When I contacted customer support they also could not account for the charges and would not refund them, refused to refund my visa purchase, and claims to have no way of producing charges and credits to my account. Their customer service is no help and I'm not sure how to handle the situation.
