Can I install Windows 10 32 or 64bit on my wife's currently-XP system?

I've included some specs and such in the body of the message. Basically, the system specs seem comfortably above the minimum reqs for Win10, but I'm not clear on whether I should go 32 or 64 -- her XP is 32, but I don't know if 64bit OSs were a thing at the time. [more inside]

Improvisational music-making websites?

I'm looking for something like Patatap but with a bit more structure (like record, rewind, stop, that kind of thing), so I can just let a tune flow from my soul and then play it back or save it. Creating music without having to think about it too much, maybe just learning the instrument/website as I go along. I don't want to get sucked into learning a DAW; this is just for temporary fun. Is there anything like that? Thanks!

What can I do with Rosemary?

I have a ginormous Rosemary bush which I need to trim back to manageable amounts (at the moment it covers our path, which is obviously not ideal). I like Rosemary with lamb, but theres limited variations on that. Are there any recipes where Rosemary might not be the obvious thing to use? Does it freeze? Any other non-obvious uses? I've offered it to neighbours but it doesnt seem to be a thing amongst my mainly Asian/Afro-Carribean neighbours, but if there's a way of giving it away I'm all for it!

Google maps always gives suggestions from the wrong country

Name that song, episode eleventy billion and one

I can't remember the title, artist, or lyrics, so this is a shot in the dark. It was an Americana song, female sung. It was possibly more toward the Iris DeMent/John Prine end of that spectrum than the alt.country end. fitting new range between counter tops

We are looking to buy a new oven/stove that is 30" wide, but the spot that it will go is going to be 34" wide, which leaves a 2" gap on each side, in the middle of a longer counter. Is there a way to do this such that it will not look too weird, without redoing all of our counter tops and lower cabinets? It would have to be more cosmetic than structural, as that width is pretty much a given.

I am going to a classical music concert tonight at a fancy venue. It's a 2 hour concert indoors with assigned seating and I would absolutely love to bring my knitting with me. I am not sitting anywhere near the front, I will be sitting in the main orchestra level. I would be using bamboo needles, which don't make any sounds and aren't reflective. Is it rude to fellow concertgoers to be knitting openly during the concert?
