So here's the deal. There is a beautiful scene in one of my favorite movies, The Unberable Lightness of Being, that I would like to put on repeat and play indefinitely. However, this scene starts at the very end of one chapter and goes on through to the end of the last chapter, so I can't just put one chapter on repeat without omitting other parts of the scene. How do I, using the MacDVD player, or any player for that matter, take a slice of the movie (roughly 4 minutes long) and put it on repeat and preferably save it to my desktop?
Thanks

I know a few people who repeat themselves quite often in conversation. They are doing me no explicit harm, yet I get impatient & sometimes a bit angry. In an effort to be more relaxed about such behavior, I'd like to know more about what drives people to be repetitive, and why it might strike a nerve with recipients such as myself.

Is there a formal name for a part of a movie that shows the same scene 3 or 4 times, sometimes from different angles or in slow motion (or both)?
