How often do the major film studios release classic movies on blu-ray?
Do any of them (Warner, 20th Century, Paramount, etc.) have a releasing schedules or even just noticeable patterns that would help know when my favorites (film noir, golden era Hollywood classics, etc.) might be available in HD?

When I shrug my shoulders or stretch my arms above my head after not moving around for a while I can feel/hear the muscles kind of schlicking apart as though the different muscles were kind of sticking together (no pain). This doesn't happen with any other muscles though. Anyone else get this?

Yesterday, as I was bending over to plug something in, I sneezed really hard and popped about 4 vertebrae all at once right in the middle of my back. Right in the spot where I carry all my tension. It felt absolutely amazing and a little dangerous. Is it possible to safely and regularly replicate that release of tension on my own, say once a day? How?

Where The New Comics At?: In addition to my many other hats I may be getting a job reviewing new erotica/sexuality/explicit etc comics in the future. I'd get my pick of any comic/graphic novel to review as long as it includes some element or discussion of sex or sexuality or whatever. Is it ok to release a non-native spider into the ecosystem? Specifically, a red backed jumping spider (Phidippus johnsoni), which is native to the U.S. west coast into suburban Massachusetts. The spider made its journey as a stowaway in a bag of grapes. I should also mention that it is a female, so conceivably could be carrying fertilized eggs.
