Where can my girlfriend and I sit down, relax, read, and talk for a long while during our visit to London? When weather is good, we love parks. When it's raining, we're at a loss. Are there any especially good libraries or other places for this kind of thing? Thanks!

I'm an intermediate Spanish speaker, and I have an interview in a couple days to assess my Spanish level. How can I be as successful as possible, both as far as brushing up/practicing, as well as keeping my nerves under control? [more inside]

I'm dating someone new who is 38 and considers herself to be more or less a virgin. She's nervous about sex but also pretty interested. How can I make this ok for her?

My husband and I have booked a hotel for a long weekend in Eastham (Cape Cod), just after Labor Day. I am getting anxious about what exactly we will be doing during that time, rather than looking forward to the time. Please help me to (loosely) schedule time and/or suggest things to do (especially those that are pet-friendly) while we are there... [more inside]

My SO's back and neck seem to be permanently tied in knots. She doesn't seem like a tense person, but her muscles indicate otherwise. I can massage her for a while, but it only does so much for her. Can anyone give me suggestions to help her relax her back and neck? [more inside]

I've heard that you don't really enter into "relaxation mode" until a week of vacation has elapsed. And that the second week is when you really start to replenish your reserves.
I've seen this myself; I went to Burning Man for a week, and it felt like returning to work was harder than it would have been if I had never left.
I have a week-long vacation coming up and I feel extreeemely burned-out. What can I do to make sure that I get the maximum benefits during this week off?

I get the 'creeps'. When I was young, I worried E.T. was out to get me. Now I get the chills from Japanese horror movies, David Lynch, or 'unsettling' internet stories. How do I cure myself on unreasonable fears when it's time to go to bed? [more inside]

I recently cut the cable and now watch only DVDs on my TV. While I don't miss the cable bill, I do miss having visuals on the TV at mealtimes. Any recommendations for DVDs of relaxing/tranquil atmospherics -- such as sunsets, waterfalls, rainforests, mountains, ocean scenes, etc?
