I need therapy for really bad and unwarranted relationship jealousy and insecurity but I wouldn't be able to get started until sometime late January. What would be some alternatives I could pursue in the meantime?

A few days ago, I came back from a week of vacation. Despite my calm and honest reassurance, my SO is wondering and worrying that I cheated. We've already talked, but she's still very anxious about it. This is the first time I've ever dealt with this kind of situation. MeFi, what else should I/we be doing or talking about? Did I do something wrong, and if so, what should I do differently in the future? I feel terrible, even though I didn't do anything to cheat at all.

How do I get my coworker to back off and remain in the friend zone that he so desperately tried to put me in? Now that I don't want him, he wants me! He never told me about his girlfriend, brought her up one day, lied and said he broke up with her, and now he's in my face. I don't see him in that way anymore though. How do I get him to see that?

Am I just being oversensitive? My girlfriend shares an apt with her cousin (male) whom she calls her best friend. I feel like the relationship is kind of creepy and closer than any best friend situation I've ever seen. He calls her 3-4 times a day, just to check in. She waits until late night to eat dinner with him even though she gets home at 5. They do everything together.

My first boyfriend/first love and I recently broke up after nearly four years together. I know this was the right decision, but I feel like I'll never feel this way about anyone else ever again. I realize that sounds dramatic, silly, and naive, but I'd really like to hear from the perspective of someone who's been through it that, yes, life does go on (and maybe get better, in a different way) after a first love.

This last June I picked up the phone and called a friend I went to high school with... I literally hadn't seen or spoken to her for 12 years (since 1995). We went out for drinks and since then we've been spending time together about once a week (maybe a little less), having dinner together and things like that. A little over a month ago I told her that I really like her and asked if there’s any chance that maybe she felt the same... here’s what she wrote back to me in an email:
