I have a bunch of peanut butter that I need to use up, but I'm running out of ideas. I would particularly appreciate recipe ideas that I can use in meals, though all I can ever really think of is perhaps Thai-style chicken/noodles, or PB&J sandwiches, or fruit with peanut butter dip. I know there's also stuff like peanut butter cookies and other baking goodies, but I'm trying to avoid sugar-bombing my diet too badly. Please help me with ideas!

So, I got a KitchenAid stand mixer for Christmas this year...yay! But I'm also trying to get back to healthy habits* after overindulging over the holidays. Other than whole wheat bread (proven recipes welcome) is there anything healthy
I can make with this thing? Should I spring for the pasta maker attachment to try whole wheat pasta?
*Not a diet! Not a resolution!

I want to start batch cooking my lunches for the month. I want to create delicious, HEALTHY individually-portioned frozen meals that I can pop in the microwave. Other catch: they have to be relatively cheap to make. Suggestions for recipes that fit the bill?
