Looking for recipes that are low to very low calorie, filling and full of volume, made with whole foods and whole ingredients, gluten and grain free, and lower carb if possible. Thank you so much! I love really spicy stuff too.

We're attempting a very low-carb diet. I'd like some good recipes for
greens-based salads that feature a substantial protein. Please share your favorites!

What are your favorite single-serving dessert recipes? (I want to avoid over indulging, so the idea is to make my own single-servings at home, thereby increasing dessert-eating transaction costs and decreasing dessert supply.)

I like foods with strong flavors: lime juice, chili peppers, vinegar, red onions, whiskey, onion salt, cilantro, and so forth. I recently figured out that grains were the culprits that make me really sleepy and unfocused. I'm switching to a lean meat, veg-heavy diet. Can you recommend decently healthy, low-carb recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner that have LOTS of flavor?

Meniere's Disease -- basically chronic vertigo and other inner ear/balance issues. The first course of treatment is through diet: very low salt and no alcohol. The trouble is he still eats like he is in college...

I am currently on the South Beach diet (Phase 1, one week into it, please do not reply if you are going to criticize). I am not following their meal plans because they are overly complicated and in many cases require ingredients that I can't get here in this small town. If you've got very simple filling recipes that would qualify for Phase 1 and 2 (please specify which), I would really appreciate hearing them!
