Help me choose between realtors to sell a condo.

We have about six months to sell our condo, and have interviewed three real estate agents. All have experience in the area and a good sales record, all market with detailed listings on the main sites, but have somewhat different approaches. How do I decide? [more inside]

I'm considering doing a side-business creating home virtual tours (360 degree panos + stills) for local real estate professionals. I understand there are companies out there, that provide info and marketing materials that allow you to be an affiliate. Anybody doing this/done this have any words of wisdom?

I'm going crazy trying to sell my house. It's been on the market for a little over 60 days now, which I know isn't unreasonable, but it's making me nuts. Any suggestions on getting it to sell faster without lowering the price? Ridiculous superstitions welcome.
