I'm starting the process of selling my house. It turns out that one bedroom is not actually large enough to be a legal bedroom in this state --- it is 60 sq ft and the minimum in NY is 70. So apparently mine is a two bedroom house instead of a three bedroom. When I bought the house, it was officially represented as three bedrooms. Do I have any recourse? [more inside]
