I'm looking for racial comedy, in English, available on video, or less preferably mp3. It doesn't need to be the exclusive topic of the comedian, but it should play a part. No preference for a specific racial background, although East Asian would be interesting to see, since I haven't seen much of it before. Examples: Maz Jobrani, Canada's own Russell Peters, Chris Rock.

I just signed up for a 5K on Dec. 3. I'm certainly not ready to RUN 3.1 miles, so I'm going to walk it (and the event is called a run/walk, so it is a walker-friendly race, at least). What kind of training can I do before then to do my best that day, since there's barely any time left? I'm at a healthy weight and in OK shape but usually only exercise one or two times a week. I'd like my time to be under one hour, if possible. Tips? (Bonus question: are most 5Ks walker-friendly?)
Does anyone remember this book, or the controversial argument at its core? It would have been published in the late 1990's, and argued that blue eyed candidates got the job more often than thier brown eyed peers- a friend mentioned the book, which I vaguely remember, but neither one of us can find a title or author. Help!

Is it legal for employers (specifically schools and government employees) to require race and ethnicity to be reported? It was my understanding that providing such information was always voluntary, but a friend who works for a high school just told me he was required to provide the information, and that if he didn't self report it, the school was required to report it based on what other employees thought. Is that legal? When did it become legal to require information that was previously required to be voluntary only?
