Okay, situation. I need a 'yes this kid is messed-up' note from a doc/therapist/something to stay enrolled in the context of a history of major stretches of no-shows-to-class, no-turning-stuff-in etc. I'm extremely unfamiliar with the institutional health system so pardon me if this is a stupid question but is there such a thing as providers who'll diagnose/vouch for you with depression/ADD/whatever the eff my problem is within DAYS? like a week in ultimate maximum?
