What should I do for my technology-related Master's final project? -How can I better brainstorm my own ideas? -Do you have a dream app you want me to implement? -Are there areas or problems that you feel are underserved by technology? I have a few ideas that I'm kinda excited about, but none that's pure gold. My program is pretty technical, but has close ties with econ, sociology, law, et others. Pretty loose requirements. My 13 year old daughter asked for help in coming up with ideas for a paper she needs to write for her history class. She needs to write about any historical event or figure that can be used to illustrate both conflict and compromise. I am trying to come up with a topic that would be fun for her to research but not so common that 1/2 the class will be writing about the same thing. Any ideas?

Is there software that will let a user (say, a teacher) broadcast the contents of his computer screen to a number of other users (say, students), so that all the screens are showing what the server's screen is showing?
