I'm looking for a tool to help me manage my projects and tasks. The main requirements are: 1) easy to add tasks and subtasks (like Workflowy), 2) online (so I can work from different computers), and 3) tracks time estimates (how many hours left, how many spent). What should I look at?

I'm looking for some free software that will help me turn the CSV export from the Android time tracking app
Gleeo into some simple visualizations (multicoloured horizontal bars?) without a huge amount of work.

Hello MeFi peoples, I am trying to find the tool or tools to run my sustainable business consulting practice, which I started in August, and I've been going a bit nuts with too many choices. I've been looking all over, and am getting near hits, but all "not quite there"s. Highrise sort of works, but has some quirks that that it doesn't hit the mark, and it's missing some of what I want to do. Daylite looks interesting, but no...well I'll explain below. Basecamp, same thing. Copper, ditto. Help me find the needle(s) in the haystack!

I'm using MS Outlook at work as a Project Manager in Technology (I don't have a choice on that). Are there some good tricks you've come across to manage communications, status of tasks, categories, or just some way of keeping track of the bazillion pieces that actually works? Bonus if your work involves the large software company on the east side (Microsoft).

We're looking for project tracking/resource management software for a small marketing department. What do you use, or what do you know of that's good? Alternately, what might we want to be sure to avoid?
