Does anybody have a recommendation for a printshop in the northwest United States that could print a large number of cmyk stickers with a custom diecut? The estimate I got from my usual vendor was crazy expensive.

I have been having a pervasive printing error that I, as a professional should know how to avoid/solve but I can't seem to stop cutout images from printing richer than the surrounding color. Let me explain... [more inside]
