What are the most interestingly designed books?

What are the most innovatively designed books currently in print? Do you know of one that has a particularly interesting layout, perhaps using typography, photos, drawings, or layout in an unusual way? If so, what makes it so great? I am interested in learning about some fun new examples of design.

I am most interested in narrative and theory, but any book that is interesting (artist books etc.) would be really appreciated. [more inside]

How can I purchase a copy of The Complete Writings of Donald Judd

Unfortunately, the book came due and so it was returned, and it has since dropped out of the library's catalog.

Any rare book sleuths out there who can take me further than Google, Powells or Barnes and Noble? [more inside]
