Is learning Prince2 worth the time,energy and money?

I have increasingly been asked to manage small projects and teams and would like to know if becoming Prince2 certified will have a positive impact on my career that justifies the initial investment of time & money. Background info:

Early 20s working in the UK private sector. I am fairly certain my employer will not be willing to pay for the certification.

I need fast and easy attire for a Purple Rain party! Not really a Prince fan at all, but certainly was twenty-five years ago when I bought the vinyl. Some good friends are celebrating the album with a party where costumes are required. Not too interested in breaking the bank, or using too much hairspray or make-up, but I'd like not to be a party-pooper either. I'm a guy. Ideas?!

Can someone tell me the secret word or answer to this question. I know the idea is to buy the magazine - and I most definitely will. I would just like to be able to download the album before heading out of town today and I'll stop at the bookstore later today to buy it.

Is there a (good, easily purchasable) English translation of Napoleon's notes on Machiavelli's The Prince? Wikipedia mentions this: "At different stages in his life, Napoleon I of France wrote extensive comments to The Prince. After his defeat in Waterloo, these comments were found in the emperor's coach and taken by Prussian military." In the corresponding footnote, there's a link to this translation of the notes, but it appears to be in Spanish. Does anyone know of a version of the same in English, or even a published version in French? Either would be great, but despite googling, I haven't come up with anything.

Does anyone know the beautiful classical (violin) music that was playing at the London 02 arena in the hours before Prince was on stage? I went on Sep 25th but I'm assuming they played the same music each night ( a long shot probably).

I have no recording to offer I'm afraid. (That would have been illegal of course!)

What are Prince's best post-Purple Rain albums? I like 1999 and Purple Rain, but I lost track of Prince as he got increasingly weird in the late '80s and need to catch up. What are his best albums since then?

I must have one of these Katamari Damacy Prince puppets for my friend. Where can I get one? I understand they were given out as contest prizes, but there must be some way to buy them, right? I have a friend in Japan, so even if the answer is "there's this guy with a cart in Osaka," I can make it happen. If they truly are not for sale, related gift ideas are welcome, although I'll probably end up getting one of these.

In this day and age, why do England and other democracies continue with this whole monarchy thing? Seems a rather costly form of national pride. And why do you suppose (some) Americans like to hold up certain public figures as "our" royalty?

On the heels of his induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, I've been thinking about Prince again. I flirted with his music in college, but his discography has gotten so out of control that I don't even know where to start. Did he ever write/perform a better song than Little Red Corvette? Are there gems on his epic 3-disc albums? If you were going to make an all-Prince compilation disc, what would you be sure to include?

I was switching stations in Dallas the other day and came across one of the most magnificent pieces of music--where can I hear more? [more inside] The subgenre of music is one that I'm not that familiar with. It was doubtless from the seventies, with funky horns playing both as a section and in crazy jazz riffs. There was some sort of shouted vocal. The whole thing was beautifully improvisational but at the same time tight as all hell. At the end of the piece it sort of trainwrecked, with laughter and hoots and hollers at the end. All in all, a stunning blend of funk, soul, and jazz the likes of which I've never encountered. And of course, no DJ came on to tell me who it was. I know I haven't provided anywhere near enough information to peg the tune or even the band, but can anyone tell me where on the musical map this music fits? (It seems, as near as I can tell, to be the kind of music that Prince was listening to when he recorded his Lovesexy album.)
