Did you ever stay in bed all day reading a particularly compelling book? What titles have made you completely anti-social, shunning the outside world until you finish them - books that leave you almost jetlagged after you're through with them? I'm nearing the end of my pregnancy and have been placed on bedrest for the next few weeks, and the novelty has worn off. I need advice on energy-bestowing foods. I'm currently in my 5th month of pregnancy, I work full time, I have a toddler, and I am about to drop. I'd like some suggestions (and preferably recipes) for foods that might up my energy level, so I can drop the zombie mom routine. [+]
