Does anybody use whey protein powder to cook anything savory, especially any dinner dishes? I realize this is a longshot question, but web searches haven't turned up much of anything.
And again, I'm looking specifically for any successful recipes that use the whey protein powder, rather than fresh whey. Thank you, o hypothetical kitchen wizards!

I need your recommendations for loose translucent powder. I've been using Laura Mercier, but it's pricey and I'm hoping there's a good drugstore alternative. I have normal, mostly clear and even skin and I don't use a liquid or creme foundation. Any suggestions? If the Laura Mercier really is better I might splurge, but I'd rather not. Thank you!

Somewhat of an odd and hard to Google question: I'm looking for materials. Specifically, some kind of white powder, some kind of black powder. Specs for black: grain size would be just fine until about the size of salt/sand, ideal weight would be somewhere in between salt and flour (needs to have a short momentum in the air, but not as volatile as, let's say, ground up charcoal). Specs for white: salt could work out, but something slightly less heavy would be even better.
Anything you encounter in your life/hobbies/work that would fit those specs? [more inside]

I find that powdering my "down there" during the hot, wet, sticky part of summer helps to fend off funk and prevent chafing. How can I apply it without powdering the floor as well? [more inside]

I'm wondering if there is an "organic" alternative to the very popular Crystal Light drink mixes these days. CL is full of artificial sweeteners, flavors, food coloring, the whole shebang.

Any ideas on a good online (or possibly otherwise) distributor of high quality raw vitamin/mineral powder? I'm looking specifically for high quality raw powdered B vitamins and caffeine for a homemade energy drink. I'm concerned with quality, so even advise on what sort of standards/certifications I should look for would be a lot of help.

A while ago I bought some protein powder; work and study conspired against me and it never got used. The best before date is February. My question is will the expiry of the best before date make it any less effective? Is it possible for it to go off?
