Potty training 3.5 year old son - Why is going number 2 not clicking?

Just recently, I did "potty training bottcamp" for an entire week at my house and successfully pee-trained my 3.5 year old son. But he REFUSES to go #2, but doesn't hold it. I'm cleaning up crappy underwear a few times a day. Helpful tips/guidance/encouragement needed! [more inside]

I need to protect my new carpet!

I'm moving into a new apartment in less than a week. I have three dogs that are not fully potty trained. Please recommend products I can spray around the place to discourage accidents on the carpet, furniture and floor. Please also recommend which products I need to make sure accidents don't result in a permanent stain and/or smell. Thank you !

How can I teach my old dog to go to the bathroom in a new place?

My 12 year old dog has begun to pee (and occasionally poo) inside. I think this is a combination of old age, a med he is currently taking, and a bit of jelousy towards the two cats that have taken up residence in the house in the past year. How do I encourage him to pee and poo in a particular spot inside? [more inside]

Dog training

Potty training the dog. The common method of rubbing their nose in a mistake while saying no and/or smacking them doesn't seem like a great idea. I wonder about the opposite though. Would having them smell their waste outside and giving them a treat do any good? [more inside]
