I am seeking the name of a film, set in post-apocalyptic Sydney (Australia). I could have sworn it had Cassandra Harris in it, but IMDB disagrees. It was filmed and was set in in the early- to mid-80s, and had a bunch of people running around trying to escape the nuclear fallout that hit the Opera House and ended up in the northern beaches. The film wasn't necessarily good, but it resonated. Can you name the film? Thanks!

Looking for Author/Titles of a trilogy about genetically engineered twinned psychopathic warriors? It wasn't new in 2005 when I read it; I think it was published mid 90s or earlier. It's essentially a Frankenstein story with genetic engineering. [more inside]

Identify a post-apocalyptic sci-fi novel for me - the only thing I remember about it is the hero(ine?) following the rusting stumps of electricity pylons through a bleak, post-apocalyptic (nuclear?) landscape. [more inside]

Setting: post apocalyptic (I think)
Plot: Can't remember
Starring: Can't remember
Unique subplot (or possibly main plot): One character (20s-30's white male) has a torn postcard of Waikiki Beach, however the "Wa" is torn, so he thinks it's called "ikiki Beach", a paradise to which he can escape to once the madness of the current plot of the movie resolves.
