Here's a shot in the dark: In Czeslaw Milosz's "The Witness of Poetry" there's a translation of Wislawa Szymborska's "Autotomy" that is different from the Baranczak/Cavanagh translation in her Collected Works that I'm familiar with. The translation is unattributed -- am I then to infer that the translation is Milosz's?

I think I'd like to read Paul Celan (in English). Where should I begin? Which volume(s) do I want (my preference is for books currently in print)? Which translators do I want?
