Sleep sounds: do you have any podcasts or music you find it useful to listen to to help you to fall asleep? Or recommendations which might fit the criteria of the podcasts I currently use to help me to fall asleep - calm voices, very few sudden increases in speech volume or musical interludes, subject matter which is interesting but not urgent.

How come I can use my ipod classic with an A1256 Apple Universal Dock to play video with audio (iTunes movies) on my stereo tv, but i cant do the same with audio-only (iTunes podcasts)?

What's a decent iPhone app for downloading/listening to podcasts? I'm trying to avoid syncing it to iTunes every time I want to get new podcasts, so I'd like to use this app to subscribe to one and let me know when new episodes are available (that's the important part), listen to them, and delete them. Didn't find much of anything in the AskMeFi archives except a reference to Podcaster, but does anyone have any personal recommendations? Free or not-free. Thanks!

Is there software to automatically manage podcasts on my Rio Carbon Pearl? I'm looking for something that will function like iTunes for an iPod or Zune for a Zune -- keep only unplayed shows on my player, download new shows when I run the software, etc. Are there any iTunes alternatives which will handle this on my Rio Carbon? I'm running XP.
