Storytelling, deep news stories, themed narratives: Podcasts in this vein wanted. Think "This American Life" but not always as funny or quirky, or the longer news stories on NPR that use the lens of a smaller story-within-a-story. Artsy takes on news also welcome. In addition, which Latino podcasts (in the same general format) have caught your ear? [more inside]

It's been a long time since I did any role playing games (pen and paper). But I liked the "examples of play" that were included in the rulebooks, like on page 8 of the Dugeonmaster's Guide (v.3.5). Granted these are idealized sessions, but I am curious if there are any podcasts where folks record their role-playing events. [more inside]

Best CMS for user-driven podcasts?
I want to set up a site where users will login and submit podcasts, and then be able to access them by each user's RSS feed, or to add them to category feeds etc. Is there a CMS (Drupal, Joomla, etc) that will facilitate this?

Itunes/Ipod Question ~
Podcasts transferred from Itunes (to my iPod) will continue playing from where I last stopped.
However, I have some podcasts that I downloaded manually (not from itunes), how do i make iTunes 'know' that it is a podcast and not a regular mp3?

How do you automate podcast reception with a Dell Pocket DJ.
This is probably a bit too specific for askmefi, but I'm desperate enough to give it a shot. I'm trying to make a Dell Pocket DJ work like an ipod, where you plug in the player, run a program and the shows appear on the device. [more inside]

At the end of next week, I will be embarking on a move from the New York City area to San Jose, California. I have this brilliant (or slightly overzealous) idea to "geophotopodcast" my way across the country using a combination of different technologies, so my friends back home can keep up with my adventures. What suggestions can you offer me for making my high-tech travelog cooler / easier to execute? [more inside]
