I need to improve my spanish, specifically my listening comprehension. I've done all the Pimsleur and Michel Thomas courses, and I can easily read spanish with very few problems, but I want to get better at understanding native speakers. Anybody have any good resources? [more inside]

Where can I find some short podcasts that teach languages? I'm particularly interested in Spanish and Arabic. I'm looking for something I can listen to on my PDA when I have 5-15 minutes - I never seem to get a clear half hour.

I'm interested in acquiring a little comfort with spoken French - passively, by listening to it. I looked through a Podcast archive (and looked through some AskMe threads), and could only find French music. I'm interested in news, stories, interviews -- basically just listening to French people talking. Even stuff intended for children might be good. [more inside]
