How can I print high-quality screen caps?

I'm trying to create a book of tweets.

I've screencapped images of tweets as both jpegs and pngs, and uploaded them to four different "make a book" sites (Picaboo, Mixbook, Snapfish, and Shutterfly) and each time, the site warns me that the image is too low-quality to print well. The image preview does not look good. [more inside]

scanner with document feeder, b/w images encoded as GIF or PNG or equiv.

I need to scan a bunch of documents that are mostly simple black/white or grayscale text, lines, etc. I'm probably going to just buy a sheet-fed scanner, and I'd like recommendations for that. I'm hoping for a solution that will automatically generate PDFs with the included scanned images encoded as GIFs or PNGs or similar, since they will mostly be black/white or grayscale, which compresses much more cleanly with these formats. Why do the rollovers on the website I have made do what I want them to in Chrome but not in Firefox or Internet Explorer?

I have just finished building this website... http://www.frankxcarter.com ...for a friend of mine. In Google Chrome the front page displays with no lines across the photograph and the link images {Journal, Photos, etc.) appear when you roll the mouse over the photograph. However, in Firefox there are thick horizontal white lines across the image and in Internet Explorer the rollovers don't display properly at all! Any advice as to how I can rectify will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Theo

insert page break into screen capture?

Printer filter: a Snagit screen capture of a web page yields an 8.5 x 22" (96dpi) document in Photoshop 7. What can I easily do (short of using Photoshop to break the one document into two 8.5 x 11" documents) in order to print it out as a two page document, thus keeping the same width? Photoshop, Snagit, and Windows Picture Viewer all want to print it all out on a single 8.5 x 11" page by shrinking the width and length, which makes the content nearly unreadable. Converting it to a PDF document yields the same result. So, what's a quick and easy way of inserting a page break where I want it into a screen capture (JPG or PNG format)? OS: Windows XP

Creating Little Buttons/Banners for Blogs

I have a feeling that somewhere online is a place where I can easily create those little buttons (or banners or whatever they are called) that live at the corners of everyone's blogs. If you don't know what I'm talking about, click here for an example. What I'm imagining is a site where I can put in my text, select colors, then quickly create one of these. I'm sure I could do it in Photoshop, but the little tool I'm imagining seems so likely to exist that I thought I'd start by asking here. By the way, what DO you call those little things?
