How can I help my parents with their retirement planning?

I am helping my parents plan their retirement by looking into possible cities and/or communities for them to settle. [ZygoteFilter] I'm apparently fully into that stage where everyone around me is pregnant and I'm actually not horrified at the prospect of becoming a parent.
