Easily get pins and needles in legs / hands / arms when hungover?

The day after drinking (whether that be 2-3 beers, to heavy binge drinking), I very easily get pins and needles in my hands and legs. That's not to say they just occur in my natural state -- it's more like when my arms or legs are in a compromised / bent position. [more inside]

HI, We recently had a lovely couple visit us from China, and they left behind these two broaches/pins (could be something as well). Already said thank you, but have absolutely no clue what they are or their function. Google hasn't helped!

Well I'll go, I'll go - Pushin' in the pin

Super Basic Google Maps Question: I'd like to create a map using google maps, add pins of about 20 locations, and save and share the map. I know this must be possible, but I'm just missing it somehow. How do I create multiple pins on one map? How do I save and share the maps? Thanks!

Recurring nocturnal paresthesia

My SO has a problem where her leg falls asleep completely in the middle of the night once or twice a week. Always the same leg (left) from the hip down. She's 40, healthy and doesn't have any other health problems. We've tried switching sides - and even got a new mattress. Any ideas?
