What's a good place in or near the greater Seattle area, to park and photograph a car?
I'm looking for somewhere which is a nice area or has a nice backdrop, has space to stop a car, and which is generally fairly deserted (so that camera etc. can be set up without constantly being the path of people/cars, and pictures can be taken without having to wait for people to leave the frame, etc). To make things harder, this would most convenient during the day on a weekend, but if a good place is most empty during office hours (or whatever), it might be worth the inconvenience.

Is there a public domain resource for pictures of people along with their ages at the time that the picture was taken?
The best I've come up with is places with government info which have pictures of politicians. Anything better with a wider range of types of people and ages?
Obviously dating sites would be a great place to get this info, but none of them are going to be public domain.

My dad has many boxes of the photographs he took during college 30 years ago. After completing my freshman year, I have equally as many digital pictures saved on my computer. While I would love to make 1500 prints, that isn't very plausible. What's the best way to preserve these pictures and make them easily accessible and viewable in the future? (I might be able to choose 200 or so to make the most accessible and viewable.)

Occasionally, I respond to online personal ads that do not have a picture attached. I ask for a picture, and sometimes, when I see the pictures, I'm not attracted in the least to the person. On Windows, what are my freeware or cheap options for image transfer? Preferably something that automates the image transfer from flash card, usb, etc. into folders such as "January 2008", according to the EXIF data. Picasa doesn't seem to do this. The bloatware that came with my HP printer/scanner does, but it's ... bloated.

Why does Google Notebook resize my pictures (and doesn't retain aspect ratio)?
When I try to clip a picture by selecting (highlighting) it in a web page, and then I click "note this" then the picture is transferred to my Google Notebook. However, when I try to look at it in my notebook it has been resized and the aspect ratio is not retained.
Even if I attempt to resize it within Google Notebook, it will snap back to its distorted version, usually in the same session or even within seconds.
The picture I am trying to clip is 640x480, but it snaps to 245x480 in my notebook.
I am looking for a specific poster, and any information about where I could find one would be greatly appreciated. I know such a thing may be impossible to find, but I need to try.
