WTB Bag of Holding +?? Help!

I'm searching for a new around campus backpack, but I have some very specific requirements - help me, hive mind you're my only hope! I've been wanting to buy a new backpack for a while now, but I've been totally unable to find a bag that meets my requirements. Besides needing to be durable, water resistant, and all of the usual things for a good backpack, here are my requirements:

1) Needs to be an actual backpack, not a messenger bag. I used to love these, but can no longer use any bag that has only one strap due to hip problems. I love things like the M-15 bag from the military, but it is too small for my needs.

2) It needs to be secure for a laptop - padded and preferably have its own compartment. It also needs to have room for the power adapter for said laptop. You'd be amazed at how many laptop bags don't have a good place to put a laptop power cord.

3) It needs to have LOTS of room, separate from the laptop. It needs to be able to carry the approximate weight of 3-5 small books (200 pages each), or about the thickness of a ream and a half of paper. And it needs to do so in a way that doesn't mangle said paper or books. My current bag is huge, but tapers at the top in such a way that it mangles papers. When carrying 200 + student exams, this is a problem.

4) External pockets for things like phone, keys, pens, etc. I carry a lot of other stuff with me during my day and need a way to keep it all easily accessible.

5) Place to store a water bottle or soda bottle. This is really important, as I generally carry one with me at all times.

Any recommendations are appreciated. I've looked at a ton of bags, and none seem to be what I need. They are either too small, the wrong strap type, or don't seem durable enough.

Feed me!

What are some simple, healthy, and appetizing dinners for impatient cooks that like neither vegetables nor meat? I was raised on a combination of bland, homestyle meals (meat and potatoes) and Italian meals. Although I now hate pot roast, steak, ham, turkey, and meat loaf, I've been eating pasta for the last few months. This week I ate tortelline (with microwave sauce; x4), mac & cheese (nasty kraft; x1), microwaveable soup (x1), and ravioli. Ugh. I definitely don't feel healthy, so I'd like to try a fresher, more diverse diet. The problem is I don't know where to start.

I want to go vegetarian, but I've never really liked vegetables (are there any "gateway" vegetables?). I don't like meat (seafood, beef, pork, chicken, etc) either. (No, I'm not into Alanis Morissette). I do like Mexican food (cheese enchiladas esp), obviously Italian meals, but that's where my experience ends.

So, with that in mind, what do you reccomend I cook?

(Thanks in advance for feeding me!)

Why isn't my cat hungry?

What could have caused my cat's sudden lack of appetite? We've been feeding our cat Wellness Complete Health - Salmon, Salmon Meal and Deboned Turkey (dry food) for about 2 months now. She usually eats very enthusiastically for a few minutes just after feeding then leaves it and comes back to finish it later on.

Literally overnight this has changed. She no longer will eat the Wellness food. She is still acting the same though - running around and playing but she won't eat the food. She does, however perk up when we start to get her food and follow us to the kitchen, but when presented the food, she sniffs at it then leaves the room. She will eat wet food, but not with the same enthusiasm as wet food usually gets from her. She's still drinking water with no problem.

She's vomited twice since this started (2 days ago) but only water. She's a year and a couple months old if that can make a difference.

The Wellness food we bought her says it expires in May 2008 but we've been feeding her from the same (large) bag for the 2 months.

Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Help me find a good purse.

The search for the perfect purse. I need a purse that will hold up to a moderate level of abuse. I need it to be large enough to carry papers (so larger than about 9x11"), but not so large that I throw everything I own in it. I need to be able to carry it on my shoulder, but I would prefer handles to a shoulder strap. In a perfect world, I would like it to come in leather in a color other than black or brown. Any suggestions?

Eating for ate.

What can/will my newly-pregnant, incredibly-picky, wife eat? (there are complications to this question) She won't eat eggs that are in any way detectable (texture or flavour...in a cake would be fine, for example). She won't eat tomatoes. She won't eat onion or garlic if it's detectable. Given the choice, she'd exist without eating green veggies or fruit in any way...there are very few fruits she will eat.

She's not allowed deli meat, things rich in Vitamin A (liver, orange cauliflower, etc), seafood, soft cheeses, pate's or meat spreads...

SO, we need to create a meal plan of some sort with meals that she can eat that she'll enjoy and will be safe for her and the baby, and that she won't get too tired of. She tends to eat pretty crappy in general, and I have to nag her about veggies. Ideally, the meals would be simple and quick to prepare, because time is always at a premium for us (I work a >fulltime job and have side projects that I am trying to build up to supplement our income, she works fulltime right now, but I don't know how long that will last).

If we're eating the same meal, I can't eat dairy products.
