Image Morphing/Tweening by color, not control points

I have a series of images that I would like to animate, but using a fade transition from image to image is less than satisfying. I'd love to be able to do a tweening/morphing type transition from image to image, but the tools I've found for this aren't suited for the type of images I'm working with. [more inside]

PhotoS[hel]p! Question on inserting an animation into an animation

Hey all! I can use any program/format, but it is in .PSD, CS5 now. Question: I have 2 animations, both 30 frames, how can we insert the second animation, into the first and have both play, and be able to move each individual movie (across all frames) into place? Thanks everyone, and a bit more detail below :) [more inside]

Create scale animation in Photoshop?

I am trying to create an animated button in Photoshop CS4 which includes a logo scaling down and moving a bit across the animation. I've created two frames that I'll tween between, but no matter what I do, when I scale the logo it changes in both frames. I've turned on and off the three unify buttons and the propagate frame 1 checkbox, and I've scaled using Transform and with the move tool options, every time it scales in both frames. Moving it from one position to another works just fine. Can anyone help?

Have a Very Furry Christmas!

I bought some stock video footage of a dog on a green background which I plan to chroma key out. Then I want to morph seamlessly into a graphic - still with the background masked out! And I want to do this all in Flash! For my Christmas Card! Not a total newbie at all of this - details inside. [more inside]

fancy painting for ANIMATION

I've been using Photoshop as a substitute for paper drawing, because the wacom sensitivity includes Opacity. In Flash & ToonBoom (the other options I've tried), there's no opacity-sensitivity. This makes them poor substitutes for a pencil.... (more inside) [more inside]
