Speed Graphic flash adapter? I'd like to use a modern flash system with an old speed graphic lens - the kind with a two pin flash connection. Google and B&H searches fail me, perhaps because I'm using the wrong terms. Does such an adapter exist?

A number of online photo printing services have been mentioned here on AskMeFi, but a search hasn't revealed one that will print to my liking. I'm looking for a top notch black and white print with archival borders - 8x10 image on 11x14 paper. I'm working with high quality scans of black and white negatives. Suggestions?

Framing: I'd like to build my own frames - clean lines, nice wood, etc - for matted photographs. I'm not entirely unhandy, but I don't know much about construction or carpentry. What's the best way to learn? What are the essential tools I should consider buying? Are there books or other resources that will help me with this? [more inside]

Can I scan 35mm film negatives with my Canon LiDE 30? Other flatbed scanners come with an adapter that allows for this, but this scanner didn't. Is there an off the shelf widget that will work?
