Currently designing a photo-book about a line of Oriental scents. What kind of world do you expect to be immersed in? Are there any other photo-books which were successful in luring you in to their world?
I'd like to send a coffee-table photography book of the U.S. with my son as a gift to his student-exchange host family. My Amazon-fu is failing me! [more inside]
Using a Mac, what would be one of the higher quality ways of taking a 1 minute digital video clip, converting that file so that the video is broken down into several hundred sequential still frames (high quality) and then finally printing those still frames (say each one being 3" x 3") so that I can make a flicker picture book from them? Free programs would be nice but willing to buy something if it means getting a superior result.
Why is this book so insanely high-priced? [more inside]

A great book about/of underwater photography, for the gifting? [more inside]
What is the name of this book? A couple of pages for each photographer, all with a generally surreal feel to them. I'm sure it is called something like Photographing The Photographers but I cannot for the life of me remember the exact title to find this book. [more inside]
This shouldn't be too tough, but I can't find it: I'm looking for a book whose cover is a teenager or man with a tattoo of Mickey Mouse's profile accross his face. It was incredibly shocking when I saw it, but the title didn't stick with me and googling isn't turning anything up. [more inside]
I discovered over the weekend that someone has taken a photograph and an article of mine and published it in a book on cafe press without my permission or acknowledgement, what can I do? [more inside]
A book author/publisher has found an image of mine on the net, and asked for permission to use it in their book. I would like to know if I should allow them to use it gratis, or ask for a fee? [more inside]
