I'm getting sick of the limitations of my web hosting provider, so I'm striking out on my own. I'm looking for simply photo gallery software that i can install on my web-hosting provider that will allow me to upload photos and have a very simple gallery that allows comments. Everything i seem to find is trying to throw in the kitchen sink. I just want a simple photo gallery. Something like flickr, but hosted on my own server, without all the doodads and gizmos.

A web photo gallery where the thumbnails expand to full size when you mouseover them. Done recently by someone, and linked somewhere else, that I can't find now and can't figure out what to Google for. Did anyone else see it?
