I am a procrastinator and now I am up against a gift-giving deadline (Saturday!) with no time for shipping. For reasons I won't get into here, its really important that I can include custom stickers (small squarish ones like 2x2 or label size; dimensions are not so important). I thought it would be easy to have them made at Walmart or a drugstore but it looks like those places will only ship them to you, not print them in the store.
If I have to, I can buy sticker paper and print them myself but the quality of my home printer is not great. Are there any obvious choices I am overlooking?

Can anyone recommend some lightweight photo printing software for WinXP? At work we need something a bit more powerful then the built in windows print wizard, but not much more. Multiple photos per page with metadata (date, time, file name) is really about all we need.

You have digital pictures that are cropped to various rectangular dimensions, but you want to print each of them on 4"x6" paper without losing any of the image. Of course any that are not a 4x6-ratio image - that's most of them - will need to have some white letterboxing. Can any of the standard consumer on-line photo printing services do this automatically, as a batch request? Just print whatever I upload, but fit each one entirely on 4"x6" paper? Shutterfly and Snapfish customer service (for example) said I'd have to go in and adjust the cropping for each picture individually.

I'm looking for (non-Kinko's) recommendation in Seattle for printing digital, 3x5 photos that meet all of the following impossible criteria: reasonably good quality, reasonable price-per-photo, reasonably fast.

A number of online photo printing services have been mentioned here on AskMeFi, but a search hasn't revealed one that will print to my liking. I'm looking for a top notch black and white print with archival borders - 8x10 image on 11x14 paper. I'm working with high quality scans of black and white negatives. Suggestions?
