What's the easiest way to set up a time-lapse camera that takes a picture at regular intervals over the course of many months (and possibly years)?

A friend found
this picture in the basement of his apartment building, and it's killing us to try to figure out who it is. A roomful (OK, a barful) of people were convinced that it is "someone", but we can't quite place who. If it weren't for the teeth, I'd almost say it's Andy Griffith, but, you know, perfect teeth.

When I download my pictures to my computer from my Nikon Coolpix S630, it always downloads ALL the pics instead of just the new pictures I just took. How do I download only the new pics?

I'm looking for a specific picture frame to display school pictures of my four kids. The pictures are 3.5" x 5" portrait oriented. Is there a simple frame out there with spaces for 4 pictures with the same orientation? If not I will need to have a custom mat made but would first like to find something inexpensive.

With a digital photo frame is it possible to specify the order photos are displayed? I'd like to have a random set, interspersed with occasional strings of ordered photos.

Is there a way to view all the pictures posted on someone's photo blog (not mine) as a slideshow?
The blog I'm thinking of posts pictures regularly and I'd like to be able to paste the RSS feed into a program that will draw out the pictures and allow me to view them as a slideshow. The trick would be to have the all the pictures from every post ever posted be drawn into the slideshow (it might be nice to be able to randomize it as well, rather than have the pictures show in typical reverse chronological order).
I'm really surprised this technology doesn't seem to exist yet.
Thanks, folks.

PhotoshopFilter: I'm looking for two things - recent photoshopped hoax pictures sent in by someone in the audience that the mainstream media has mistakenly printed or put on TV. Also any tips on detecting photoshopped photos would be appreciated. Even better if someone on the 'net outed them before MSM caught it.

Digital Photo Frame (DPF) with wireless and wide viewing angle? I had my heart set on a
Sungale 15” DPF with wifi, but when I viewed one in-store, the screen was far more sensitive to viewer head position than the norm (both height and sideways angle), which is terrible for a DPF. Is there anything similar which uses a non-sucky screen, and how can I know, given that I can’t view it personally before buying?

After searching Google and the archives of AskMe, I've come across some great suggestions and ideas for making
digital photo frames. From what I can determine, however, all of these require a
computer of some kind built into the frame. Supposing one only has a laptop screen? Specifically, the screen from an old ThinkPad with a
blown motherboard. Could I connect the monitor to my network somehow? Hook it up to some special circuit board designed for just this sort of thing?

Help my non-profit's photo problem! The non-profit organization I recently started working with has nearly 2,000 photos from years past that I'd like to sort in a meaningful fashion, whether by filenames and folders or with a program. I'd like people to be able to browse/search by date, the program involved (After-School, Food Pantry, etc), and the activity going on in the photo. The clincher: Must be easy to use, free, and can run on Windows 98.
