I've had this little home decor project idea floating around in my head for ages and I need a specific kind of picture frame to pull it off. One of those family collage frame type dealies that everybody's grandma has in the den. But they seem to have dropped out of fashion and I haven't been able to find one anywhere over the course of numerous googlings for the past year and a half. [more inside]
I would like to add video to a scrapbook/photoalbum. What device could best do this, cheaply? I have a Sansa Fuze mp3 player, which is small and can play video, but when turning it on, a reader would have to know how/where to navigate menus to find the videos. Is there anything small, battery powered, and cheap, that when activated, either automatically starts playing the video, or simply presents the reader with a list of videos to choose from? This can't be that hard. I have thousands of digital images taken with high resolution cameras. I'd like to e-mail about 100 of them to various folks so I'm trying to convert them to an e-mail friendly size/resolution that doesn't assume everyone has high speed connections. I'd like to do this in some sort of batch mode - select a bunch of images and do this all at once. I've tried Graphic Converter and iView Media Pro - neither of which can do the trick. Oh they make an effort all right, but they don't really work. I'm still running on Mac OS 9 so I'm looking for something that works there or - can iPhoto do this and will it be the thing that finally forces that new purchase on me?
