	<description>My cell phone is being bugged, I have changed my number several times.  My corded landline phone is also bugged.  My apartment has been bugged , don&apos;t know if it still is since I have moved.  Don&apos;t know how they were able to bug my last apartment but it was. Can anyone help me  </description>
