Think along the lines of your favorite carry-out place, a cab service, or any number you have that isn't connected to a person you personally know.

Is there a cheap or free way to setup a phone number in Trinidad and Tobago and have it forward to an American number? Skype and Grand Central don't have numbers in that area code (868). A dozen other vaguely similar services don't, either. [more inside]

Does anyone know of a phone number for Jacoby Medical Center in Bronx, NY that actually gets answered? I just found out my mother-in-law was found unconscious and taken there on Tuesday. The only number I've found online is (718) 918-5000, and nobody is answering.
