I don't habla the espanol

My phone number is one finger-slip digit away from a local middle school. This time of year in the weeks leading up to the new school year I get a lot of mistaken calls, which generally I don't mind. I simply tell the caller they are one digit off, and give them the correct number. My problem is, this year I have gotten several calls from Spanish-speakers, and I don't speak a word of Spanish. What's the most "geek-friendly" phone on the market today?

Help keep my phone safe on bike rides.

How do I segue music tracks on a Samsung Galaxy S2 phone?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 phone. I use it to listen to music. But the music player is set up to include a brief gap between each track. This is particularly a nuisance when I'm listening to albums with segued tracks (such as live albums). How can I set it up so there are no gaps between tracks?

Masking my landline's outgoing number, with another phone number.

I just moved to a new part of the state, and had a landline telephone installed through my local telco. I asked if they could port my old number (123)-xxx-xxxx to my new landline, and they said my old number was not in the same "Rate Center". I confirmed that they were telling the truth based on this AskMeFi post. I have the option to enable call forwarding from my old number to my new landline, which takes care of incoming calls. Now I am turning to you, the hivemind, to find out how to dial out from my new landline, and have my old number, (123)-xxx-xxxx, show up on other peoples' caller ID. I've done some searching and found a bunch of convoluted VoIP setups that would achieve this solution for me, but I'm not that technical, and I don't want to have to dial a million numbers just to make a single phone call from my land-line. Does the hive mind have any simple solutions?

Buying a pre-paid cell phone in Delhi, India

My wife is traveling to India later this month. She'll be in the mountains, where there are few landlines, but from her experience last time there is sufficient (if spotty) cell phone service. Wikitravel says: "Fully loaded prepaid starter kits are available for around Rs. 500 or less" (plus more details). Does anyone have experience buying a pre-paid mobile phone like this in India? Can she do it at the Delhi airport? Is it a hassle, or is it worth it?

How to replace lost phone when I have a new one due?

I think I lost my Verizon phone. I had the same phone for the past 3 years, and I know that I was due for a new one for the past year. I do not have insurance, not that I know of at least. So, how do I go about replacing this phone? I am so confused... Will I have to pay for the new phone?
