I'd like to take my smartphone (HTC Hero) with me when I'm cycling and use it as a trip computer. Problem: I'm nervous that I'll be taking it home in pieces. Are there any smartphone bike mounts that will secure my Hero to the bike as well as protect it in the event that I crash?

I need a suggestion for a mobile phone that is very intuitive, has GPS and is a camera phone. Bonus points if it's kinda like OnStar, speaking directions aloud, and is affordable--under $250--although I don't know if that is possible...you tell me.

I would like to disable the Enhanced 911 feature of my cell phone that broadcasts my position continually via GPS tracking. As my phone doesn't allow me to turn this feature off through the settings, how can I modify the circuit to bypass the GPS
transmitter?

So I love my blackberry pearl 8100 but I've had it with all of RIM's bluetooth crippling and limitations. I want a phone the exact same size with a great keyboard that does email, bluetooth and works with T-Mobile. Ring it up MeFites.
