Where can I buy small bento boxes, or small lunch boxes or tins that would pass as bento boxes? I want to give them out at BlogHer with my business card inside. Bonus points for personalization options (but I think that will be over my budget).

I own a leather journal, and I'd like to get it monogrammed with my initials. Is there a way to do this with an item you already own? Bonus points if you can do it cheaply and in Boston.
