Printer filter: a Snagit screen capture of a web page yields an 8.5 x 22" (96dpi) document in Photoshop 7. What can I easily do (short of using Photoshop to break the one document into two 8.5 x 11" documents) in order to print it out as a two page document, thus keeping the same width? Photoshop, Snagit, and Windows Picture Viewer all want to print it all out on a single 8.5 x 11" page by shrinking the width and length, which makes the content nearly unreadable. Converting it to a PDF document yields the same result. So, what's a quick and easy way of inserting a page break where I want it into a screen capture (JPG or PNG format)? OS: Windows XP

How to print annotations on a PDF? I have a PDF from a colleague, which has annotations in the margin. They seem to use the standard annotation mechanism and are visible in Adobe Reader and Apple Preview. But neither application will let me print the annotations inline with the document. How can I do this, on Mac, Linux or Windows?

Help me destroy the rain forest: I'm want to print out a huge manual that only exists as a web site. What (free? cheap?) app exists that will allow me to suck the entire site into a PDF or some other sort of printable document? I'm Mac based but can scare up a PC if necessary. [more inside]

I've got a project coming up that will involve placing pages from a large PDF into an black ink-only InDesign CS2 doc. The PDF will be created by MS Word. In the past when I've done this, the PDF has separated out onto multiple plates, so I've had to break the document into single page PDFs, which I've then rasterized in Photoshop and saved as greyscale TIFFs.
I can't believe there isn't a simpler way to do this. Ideally, I'd like a way convert the PDF to K-only, then break it into individual pages. I'm on a Mac running Tiger.
