Battlestation: Multiple desktops and monitors but 1 keyboard and 1 mouse

Hi, I have 1 keyboard, 1 mouse, and two desktop computers to use with a 3-monitor setup. I would like to know the best way to use a triple monitor setup where I can click a button and switch back and forth between desktop A and desktop B for the single keyboard/mouse and the monitors. Consolidating files onto one machine is not an option. Are there devices or hubs I could plug the keyboard/mouse/monitors and desktops into that can do this? Amazon links would be great.

Help me fix an intermittent monitor fault

My husband and I bought two monitors a little over 12 months ago. They worked just fine for 6 months when his developed an intermittent fault. Essentially, the screen abruptly goes static-y and weird, and horrible noise comes out the speakers - I guess it should be described as interference. None of the controls work and it has to be powered down and back on again. Two months after his started going wrong, mine did too - exactly the same way. [more inside]

New PC games run slowly on large LCD monitors?

I just bought a pretty high-end Dell PC with a large LCD monitor. It's got dual Core2 CPUs @ 2.66GHz, 4 GB of RAM, and a decent graphics card. The monitor is a widescreen 27" Dell Ultrasharp. So far, I like the PC. But I was disappointed to find that the first PC game I tried (BioShock) runs TERRIBLY. The game does run pretty well on my slightly older PC, which only has a 19" monitor. So, I think the large, widescreen monitor is the problem. Is that correct? Are there tricks to running the latest games on a large LCD monitor? Many thanks in advance for any advice and insight.

Please help me find an LCD monitor

I am on the market for a 17" or 19" LCD monitor for my pc. I am looking for recommendations and/or reliable websites that rate these. It should have VGA 15 pin connection. My monitor is finally dying on me. I'd like to spend up to $300 max for a decent flat screen monitor. I do some graphic work in Photoshop and play some video games on my PC. Any recommendations for that price (less would be preferable). Any advice on where to buy? Is Ebay ok?
