So confused/indecisive about work and career as a mom

I have worked part time since my son was born six years ago. He is now in 1st grade and gets home around 3 p.m. on the bus. I am thinking that it's time for me to go back to work full time for several reasons, but I am agonizing over my decision and it's driving me crazy. [more inside]

I need a time machine

To work full time or not...

I currently work 20 hrs./week at a local nonprofit in field "XYZ." My husband works full time (8-6, usually), and we have a 2-year-old son who goes to my parents' house while I'm at work (3 days a week). However, yesterday I was contacted about a full-time job that's very appealing, and I don't know whether to pursue it. [more inside]
