Looking for two programs for my new Palm Treo 750 (which uses Windows Mobile 5) Smartphone that this previous thread, while very useful, didn't provide. Namely, a version of Firefox for mobile phones (like Opera mobile but free) and a good suggestion for an alarm clock that lets me use my MP3s as the alarm sound and, importantly, includes a snooze function.

Years ago I used a piece of software for the Palm OS. It allowed one to enter contact information into a text area, in any order. Then with the click of a button, the contact information you had jotted down would be sorted into the correct fields in the Palm address book. This is particularly helpful if you are writing down contact information that someone is providing over the phone.
I cannot for the life of me remember the name of this software. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please reply!

Better to-do list for Palm OS? The bult-in "tasks" is good for singular, date-based items, but is there anything similar to Ta-da Lists for the Palm? Ideally I want to be able to create multiple lists of to-do items ("Books To Read" for example) and have checked items move to the bottom of the list or disappear. (Just bought a T|X and am having fun playing around) [more inside]

My mom just purchased a Palm Tungsten E2 from Ebay and it came without software. Unfortunately, for some reason Palm's website doesn't have any software available for this model, at all. Is there anything I can do?

I have a Palm Zire that I sync with my iBook. Calendar and To Dos sync with iCal and Address Books sync well, but I have to view my memos in the big bloated Palm Desktop. Is there an app for Mac to sync with Memos? Version Tracker has this but I have always disliked Stickies, and would prefer a nice little app with a list of my memos all in one place if such a thing exists. Suggestions?

PDA recommendations:
Needs: Must have CF slot, 802.11b.
Wants: External GPS unit which will work with both my laptop & the PDA
Budget: 399$ or less, not including GPS/additional memory. Must come with standard accessories - cradle, cable, charger, etc.
Etc: Add-on software for viewing PDFs, Word/Excel files, map software.

I recall an application for the Treo 600 phone which allowed me to dump pictures from my phone directly to my Mac bypassing the built in route which only allows you to transfer images by emailing them. I think I saw it on Gizmodo or Boing Boing a while back, but can't find it now when I search. Anyone know what the name of this Palm application is?
