I managed to make it to my computer, only to freak myself out about all the possibilities it could be. How serious does this seem, and is it reasonable to just keep a watchful eye on it? Abdominal Pain Filter: My girlfriend woke up last night with an excruiating stabbing pain throughout her lower abdomen. Thankfully, that's gone, but there is still a tender spot about 1 inch up from her belly button, and two inches to the right. I think it's too far up to be the appendix. What could it be?
