Where on the web to post non-coding projects/requests in for bidding?

outsourcingfilter: Where on the web to post non-coding projects/requests in for bidding? For outsourcing programming/web/coding projects, there are many sites to submit your requests in for others to bid on. Then there is Etsy Alchemy for handmade goods and crafts.

What about custom graphics? Where would I go (besides Craigslist) if I want a custom vector logo done?

What about engineering? Where would I go if I want a custom lawnmower robot made?

Those are the two main fields I'm looking for answers to, what about projects for other fields?

Looking for sites where you can post a project for others to bid on.

how to outsource a youtube video?

What site will allow me to easily outsource reading some text into a webcam and uploading the video to youtube? I want to send about a paragraph of English text to someone in India so they can read it into a webcam and upload it to youtube. What site's make this easy to set up? Mechanical Turk?
I would probably be doing this repeatedly (with different words).

FLASH

Where do I find FLASH programmers, preferably offshore (AKA cheaper)? I need a FLASH/Webpage programmer for my planed start up. Since it is not an internet start up the web page needed is not a tremendous amount of work. In another Metafiler question someone posted: etsy.com where people can post handcrafted jobs and people bet on it.

Does something like this exists for FLASH/Website programmers?

Need Advice re: bulk email ASPs

Need advice/color regarding bulk email processing ASP's/ service providers I'm trying to determine if I can outsource bulk email processing for a business where the email newsletter is the centerpiece of the business. Other option is to staff a team of email experts, host our own IP and develop relationships with major ISPs, which is expensive.

My fear is that if I use an outsource like DreamHost or MyEmma or Sparklist, etc., I'll always run into problems with email prioritization or blasts not going out timely, etc.

Can anyone provide insight/color regarding excellent or horrible experiences with any of these bulk mail service providers?
DreamHost
MyEmma
JangoMail
SparkList
any others you can name?

thanks for your help

How do I find reputable web developers in Poland? I'm looking to get some web development done in Poland, specifically Warsaw or Lodz. Besides using my personal contacts, and Meta Jobs, how should I go about finding high-quality web devs (individuals or companies) who might fit the bill?

I am in Wisconsin and forming an agreement with a company interested in oursourcing some web design. I'd like to charge a flat fee per project. What is a fair percentage of the profit they make for me to ask for? 40%?
